Family Picture   This is the Harter family.  Dr. & Mrs. Harter especially enjoyed their family at this age.  This picture was taken in 1995 when Dr. Harter and his two sons Melvin & Nathan, held a 30-day Revival Campaign on the Island of Jamaica.

Dr. Harter - Pentecostal Preacher   Dr. Harter is preaching in the vast Allen Memorial Tabernacle in Miracle Valley, Arizona, former home of the A.A. Allen Revivals, Inc.

Nathan - Davy Crockett   This is our son Nathan when he was a child.  Here he is playing Davy Crockett.  Dr. Harter bought Nathan his coon-skin hat.  Currently, Nathan is 21 years old and is in the US Army.  He was two years in South Korea and is now in Kuwait.

Our Son Melvin III   Melvin has always enjoyed singing.  Here he is at Rome Recording Studio in Columbus, Ohio making his first official recording.

Melvin Playing Drums at Miracle Valley   This is our son, Melvin Harter III.  He plays the piano and the drums.  Here he is playing the drums for us at Miracle Valley, Arizona in the famous A. A. Allen Memorial Tabernacle.

Lindsay Harter With Dr. Harter   This is our daughter-in-law, Lindsay.  She is married to our son Melvin.  Lindsay is like one of our own kids.  We love her very much.  She loves animals and is studying to become a Veternarian.

Water Baptism   Dr. Harter has Thurman Johnson assisting him in baptizing those who have recently accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. They are baptizing new converts in Alum Creek on Winchester Pike in Columbus, Ohio.

Nathan is Acting Funny   This is Nathan.  He is acting crazy in front of his father, Dr. Harter.  They are at the Wheeler Reunion (Mom's side).

We are at Miracle Valley   This is Sarah and Nathan with their father, Dr. Harter in front of the Girls Dormitory in Miracle Valley, Arizona.

Melvin and Sarah   This is Melvin and his sister Sarah.  They are having lots of fun together.

Lindsay Harter   This is Lindsay (Furniss) Harter.  She married our son, Melvin. God put her into our family and we love her very much.  Her parents, Steve & Rita Furniss, are very precious people who are our dear friends as well.

Day Care Center   This is the Harter's day care center they had in Gahanna, Ohio.  Nathan and Sarah (second from the left) are in it with their friends.

This is our Family - All Grown Up   This is Nathan's graduation from Boot Camp. The Harter family are all together.  The children have each brought Dr. & Mrs. Harter much joy and laughter.  Now the kids are all grown up.  Now come the grandchildren.  Each of them are a special blessing to the Brother & Sister Harter.

Nathan Harter Nathan had his own singing group when he was young. He played the guitar.  Of course, the only thing he ever played was gospel music and he loved it.  Throughout Nathan's life, he patterned his life like an evangelist.  While Dr. Harter conducted Bible Studies, Nathan would look his father's notes over, readjust them to fit young people and then he would take the kids out and teach, most of the time using his dad's notes.  After about 30 minutes of sharing Christ with others, he would then have special activities for everyone.  Of course, this always resulted in Nathan having a BIG CROWD, sometimes more in attendance than his father.

The newest member of our family is a beautiful young lady from South Korea.  Her name is Myounghee.  Our son, Nathan, fell in love with her during his two years in South Korea.  She changed her name to Lynn when she came to the USA.  I think you can guess why.  Anyway, we all love her and we are excited that she is a part of our family.  Sister Harter and Lynn are standing outside the Cafeteria at Miracle Valley.
